I ordered this 31 dec25. Sent email to ask to delay delivery as bed is for new rental. Every email I sent was replied to quickly.
I’m very happy with my purchase, it’s a lovely quality bed set, quite easy to put together for us oldies and looks good.
Overall, I am quite happy with this package. The bed frame is of reasonable quality and was fairly easy to put together, and the mattress is comfortable and also appears to be of good quality. I probably won't use the mattress topper (not needed), but it will make a nice gift for someone!
The biggest letdown though, is the storage. The drawers could easily be about 20% bigger than they are, and the fact that they sit directly on the floor and have no rails to guide them in and out, is very disappointing. Each drawer is barely big enough for a sheet set and doona cover, or a couple of large towels. I was expecting more.
Excellent package for the price. Storage units are just free, no locking into the bed. Very easy to assemble. Mattress is fantastic and the topper 'tops' it off.
Very happy with the whole set up, the only comment to add is that the storage draws under the bed could have been a little bit bigger
I love my new bed. The colour matches all my other bedroom furniture. Love the extra draw space. It was easy to put together. Delivery was fast. The only thing I had issues with was the mattress is a bit soft as it was suppose to be medium firm. Excellent value.
