We understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right once it arrives. While businesses are not required to accept change of mind returns under Australian Consumer Law, Bedzy offers a 7-day change of mind return window to give customers extra peace of mind.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In as-new condition
  • Unused, unassembled, and undamaged
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Approved by our team before being sent back

Please note that change of mind returns are at the customer’s cost, including the actual original delivery cost and the return shipping cost.
