📧 How to Request a Price Match

  1. Email us: Send proof of the competitor’s advertised price to support@bedzy.com.au

  2. Include your postcode: Add it in the subject line so we can confirm delivery costs.

  3. Provide proof: A screenshot or direct link to the competitor’s product page is all we need.

Our team will:

  • Confirm the product is identical (brand, model, size, colour).

  • Verify the competitor’s advertised price + shipping costs.

  • Approve your claim and process a refund or issue your custom order.

🚫 Exclusions

To keep it fair, our Price Promise does not apply to:

  • Trade pricing, bulk orders, or membership-only discounts.

  • Cashback promotions, coupons, or short-term promo codes.

  • Clearance items, factory seconds, ex-display, or refurbished stock.

  • Marketplace sellers, auctions, or classified ads.

  • Prices significantly below the manufacturer’s RRP due to obvious errors.

  • Overseas suppliers.
