How To Request A Price Match

Email your claim to:

support@bedzy.com.au

Please include:

• Your Bedzy order number, if you have already ordered.
• A direct link or screenshot showing the competitor’s advertised price.
• Your delivery postcode.
• Any delivery fees or compulsory charges shown by the competitor.

Claims after purchase must be submitted within 24 hours of your Bedzy order being placed.

What Qualifies

To qualify for a price match, the competitor’s offer must meet all of the following conditions:

• The product must be identical, including brand, model, size, colour, finish and specifications.
• The competitor must be an Australian retailer.
• The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.
• The competitor must deliver to your postcode.
• The lower price must be publicly advertised and available to Australian customers.
• The total delivered price must be lower than the price offered by Bedzy.
• For post-purchase claims, the claim must be submitted within 24 hours of your order being placed.

What Is Not Covered

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

• Claims submitted more than 24 hours after your Bedzy order was placed.
• Products that are not identical in brand, model, size, colour, finish or specifications.
• Out of stock, unavailable, discontinued, backorder or pre-order items.
• Trade pricing, wholesale pricing, bulk order pricing or commercial quotes.
• Membership-only discounts, loyalty pricing or private customer offers.
• Cashback offers, reward points, gift card offers or store credit promotions.
• Coupon codes, short-term promo codes or personalised discount codes.
• Clearance, liquidation, refurbished, ex-display, damaged or factory second items.
• Marketplace sellers, auction websites, classified listings or private sellers.
• Overseas retailers or overseas suppliers.
• Pricing errors, obvious mistakes or prices that appear significantly below normal market value.
• Prices that do not include applicable delivery costs, fees or compulsory charges to your postcode.

Important Information

• Price matches are assessed against the competitor’s total delivered price, not just the product price shown on the product page.
• Bedzy may request additional information if the competitor’s price, delivery cost, stock availability or product details cannot be verified.
• If your claim meets all requirements of this policy, Bedzy will match the eligible lower price.
• Approved post-purchase price matches will be refunded to your original payment method.
• Pre-purchase price matches must be approved before checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively unless the claim is submitted within 24 hours of ordering.
• This Price Match Guarantee does not limit or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
