This bed features a gas lift mechanism for under-bed storage access. Always use the designated handle to lift and lower the frame, and we recommend two-person operation when in use. Keep hands and limbs away from moving parts and never reach under or through the mechanism while it is in operation. Children must not operate the gas lift mechanism under any circumstance.
