Priority Order Care includes an extended 14-Day Change of Mind Returns benefit, allowing you to request a change-of-mind return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Change-of-mind items must be unused, unassembled, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Return freight costs are the customer's responsibility and selected products may be excluded where disclosed.

This change-of-mind benefit is separate from, and does not limit, any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Limited Priority Availability

To keep Priority genuinely priority, the number of Priority Order Care upgrades available may be limited.

Limiting availability allows us to prioritise eligible orders ahead of the standard processing queue rather than simply creating another unlimited queue.

Important Information

Priority Order Care applies to Bedzy's internal order handling and fulfilment process before dispatch. It does not guarantee a particular delivery date.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes depend on the carrier, delivery destination, product and other circumstances outside Bedzy's direct control.

The 7-Business-Day Tracking Guarantee means that if tracking details have not been provided within 7 business days of your order being confirmed, you may contact Bedzy for a full refund of the Priority Order Care fee. Refunding the Priority Order Care fee does not automatically cancel or refund the underlying product order.

Pre-orders, backorders and selected products requiring extended handling may be excluded from Priority Order Care where this is disclosed.

The 14-Day Change of Mind Returns benefit applies only to voluntary change-of-mind returns and is subject to the applicable return conditions. It does not restrict or replace your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise covered by the Australian Consumer Law.
