Official Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period: The "Bedzy Black Friday Apple Watch Giveaway" begins at 00:01 AEST on Friday, November 28, 2025, and concludes at 23:59 AEST on Friday, November 28, 2025. Any orders placed outside of this timeframe are not eligible for entry.

2. How to Enter: Entry is automatic. Any valid order placed on the Bedzy website during the Promotional Period counts as one (1) entry into the draw. There is no minimum spend required, but the order must be fully paid and confirmed.

3. The Prize: There are five (5) prizes to be won. Each winner will receive one (1) Apple Watch SE (Gen 3) GPS Model.

  • Total prize pool consists of 5 watches.

  • Colour and band size are subject to availability, though Bedzy will attempt to accommodate winner preferences where possible.

  • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

4. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected via a random number draw generated from the pool of Order IDs placed during the Promotional Period. 

5. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via the email address provided at checkout. Winners will also be announced on Bedzy social media channels (using First Name and Last Initial only). If a winner does not respond within 7 days to claim their prize, a redraw will occur.

6. Returns & Refunds (Important): If a winning customer decides to return their Bedzy order for a refund:

  • Forfeiture: The customer immediately forfeits their right to the Prize.

  • Return of Prize: If the Prize has already been dispatched, the customer must return the Apple Watch in its original, unopened packaging along with their Bedzy return.

  • Deduction: If the Watch is not returned or has been opened/used, the full retail value of the Apple Watch will be deducted from the customer's refund amount for the Bedzy order.

7. Liability: This promotion is run by Bedzy. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Apple Inc. By entering, you agree to release Bedzy from any liability regarding the use of the prize.
