If you haven’t heard from us after 24 hours, please send another message, even a quick “Hello”, to reopen the window and allow us to reply. You can also email us instead.
We’re sorry for any frustration this new policy may cause. If you’ve been waiting, please don’t feel we’re ignoring you. The reply window may have closed before our team could get back to you, and we still want to help.
