returns & refund
We accept Change of Mind returns provided the item remains unopened, unassembled, and in its original packaging. Simply contact our friendly support team within 7 days of receiving your delivery, and we will guide you through the return process.
If an item is faulty or damaged, we cover all costs! For 'Change of Mind' returns, we simply ask that you cover the return shipping fee. This helps us keep our product prices as low as possible for everyone.
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we process your refund back to your original payment method (e.g., Visa, Afterpay, or PayPal). We aim to process refunds within 1-2 business days of receipt.
