COVID-19 UPDATE

To our valued customers,

While we continue to dispatch orders on time, we do anticipate some operational delays with some of our delivery carriers in light of the omicron spread and devastating flooding across our states. 

Like many businesses in Australia, several delivery depots have been impacted by positive COVID cases and the necessary isolation time required to ensure safe re-entry to the workplace. This has had a flow-on effect across the network.

The regions most impacted are Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Geelong and Bendigo, with additional delays of 3-5 days for delivery into these regions. 

Additionally, extended delays in deliveries to WA and NT are expected due to the ongoing impacts of flooding and rail line closures. The roads to Darwin and are being diverted up through NSW and across QLD, which is adding 2-3 days travel time. 

The majority of our orders continue to be delivered within our estimated timeframe, however we would like our customers to know some delays can occur. Please take this into consideration when placing your order. 

Standard Estimated Delivery Time Frames:

VIC: 3-9 business days (Further delays expected)
SA: 4-10 business days
NSW & ACT: 6-14 business days (Further delays expected)
QLD & TAS: 4-11 business days
NT & WA: 5-15 business days (Further delays expected)
